Payment Terms Products may be purchased from our online catalog with a Visa or Mastercard secure online transaction capability provided by AuthorizeNet. Established customers may also submit orders with using a purchase order. Our standard payment terms for established customers are Net 30 days. Full payment in USD may be made within 30 days of invoice date by check mailed to the company, or via electronic wire transfer to our bank account in Albany, Oregon, USA. For customers outside the USA we request wire transfer as the preferred mode of payment. Please remit payments by check to: Synthetech, Inc. PO Box 646 Albany, Oregon 97321 USA A new customer who is unable to furnish verifiable credit references, or an existing customer who has an unsatisfactory payment history, may be required to pay with a credit card or check in advance of order shipment. Product pricing in Euros seen on this website is for estimation purposes only, all customers are bill in USD. Returns We will consider product returns within 30 days after date of shipment. In cases where Synthetech is not at fault, returns will incur a standard restocking fee of 25%. Please request a return authorization number from Synthetech before shipping any item back to us. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our product, we will make every effort to rectify the situation promptly, up to and including replacement of the product at no additional cost.
